Drill String Component Hydraulic Shock Sub, Shock Absorber, 3 3/4''~14''
Tiptop provides high performance hydraulic shock sub, shock absorber.
Hydraulic shock sub should be mounted on the drilling string near the bit, absorbing or reducing axial vibration and thrust load of the drilling string. And it has good results for prolonging the service life of the bit and protecting the drilling tools and the surface equipment.
The essential part of shock absorber is damping piston. The connection between the internal parts adopts taper thread, which is accurately calculated, fine processed, with strong bearing capacity and long fatigue life, and convenient for assembly and disassembly.
The high quality rubber seals are with excellent high-pressure sealing performance, high temperature resistance of not less than 200°C.
Sealing structure and sealing material are the key to shock absorber products. We use a new generation of sealing technology and imported sealing materials to greatly improve the sealing ability and working time of shock absorber sealing structure.
